• How long do tattooads temporary tattoos last on skin?

• Depending on the size and placement of your temporary tattoo, they should last up to 5 days. To make sure they look their best, apply your tattoo to clean, dry skin in a spot that wont rub or stretch. Our tattoos are waterproof when applied so will stay on in the pool, ocean or shower!

• Are tattooads temporary tattoos safe?

• Of course! All of our tattoos are non-toxic and safe for adults and children. Our promotional products comply with New Zealand & Australian Standards – (AS/NZS ISO 8124.3.2003). The Australian Government National Measurement Institute have also tested our temporary tattoos – certification documents can be provided on request.

• How do I apply tattooads temporary tattoos?

• Once your skin is clean and dry and clear of beauty products, temporary tattoos are quick and simple to apply. Take off the clear top sheet and apply the tattoo firmly to your skin with the artwork facing down. Press a wet cloth against the back of the tattoo, ensuring the paper is wet through. Slowly peel off the backing paper after 30 seconds, then gently rinse the design with water before allowing the tattoo to dry. If you need more guidance, the instructions are printed on the back of each temporary tattoo.

• How do I remove tattooads temporary tattoos?

• When you’re ready to take off your temporary tattoo, just apply rubbing alcohol, hand sanitiser, baby oil or household sticky tape to remove. Water and most soaps won’t work, as our temporary tattoos are made to last!

• How long will it take to receive my tattooads temporary tattoos?

• Depending on your method of printing, digital tattoos will take 5-6 working days and offset tattoos will take 12-14. We include express delivery in the print price! Orders of 50k+ may extend the turnaround time.

• What sizes are available?

• Our temporary tattoos can be totally customised in almost any size. For details about sizing just contact our Customer Service Team or head to our Standard Sizes guide.

• How many colours can I use?

• The sky’s the limit! We print in full CMYK 4-colour process so you can have as many colours as you like for no extra cost. We can also add white ink for FREE* if your artwork needs a light background or includes white. Tattooads temporary tattoo backs are printed in black with standard directions and branding.

  If you’re after something a little special, we customise with foil, sparkly, and glow-in-the-dark tattoos.

• How do I supply artwork for my custom tattooads temporary tattoo?

• Just send your artwork to our Customer Service team at sales@tattooads.co.nz

  We need high resolution designs and will accept artwork in the following formats:

  • Adobe Illustrator EPS or PDF files – All Fonts Outlined
  • High Resolution JPEG or TIF Images – Min. 300 DPI at print size

• Do I receive a proof prior to print?

• We always supply a digital screen proof for your order so you can check and approve how the design with look on the skin. The digital proof , all print set-up and minor changes are included in the total print price!

• Can I have a sample before I order?

• We are regrettably unable to print pre-production tattoo samples, but can provide samples of in-stock temporary tattoos. Get in touch at sales@tattooads.co.nz with your delivery address and your ideal design and we’ll send out some temporary tattoos that are similar!

• How are my tattooads temporary tattoos packaged?

• Every custom stick-on tattoo is individual cut to size with a transparent, protective plastic cover. They are bundled into quantities of either 50 or 200 (depending on print method) and provided in paper or plastic packaging. We can also arrange special wrapping or packing options, so ask our Customer Service Team for more details.

• What methods can I use to pay for my temporary tattoos?

• We accept cheque, direct debit, Visa, Amex or MasterCard. You can also pay by Electronic Funds Transfer.

• How will I know when my order has shipped?

• When your order is ready to dispatch, we’ll share a tracking number to your email address. You can also reach us on 0800 450 342 if you need help finding or tracking your order.

• How much will shipping cost?

• We include express shipping in the print price of your tattoos!
